Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Carolyn attended the University of Delaware where she majored in business administration.

After college she traveled extensively and lived and worked in Manhattan, Miami, Boston, and Atlanta. World wide travel finally brought her to Park City in 1973. Even though only a part-time resident, she was able to recognize Park City’s potential and bought her first house in Old Town for $28,000 when she was only 27.

In 1991 she became a full-time resident and immediately obtained her real estate license to pursue her long time interest in Park City real estate. Along with earning her GRI designation in 1992 and becoming an Associate Broker in 1996, Carolyn was active in the local Board of Realtors and many other community activities. She is also a long time member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. She has continued to invest in Park City real estate and the experience she has gained as an owner and landlord has proven to be a valuable resource for her many clients. That in depth knowledge combined with tenacious energy, integrity, and the ability to listen carefully to buyers and sellers has resulted in clients who reward her with repeat business and referrals.

Carolyn and her husband Eric Easterly, a Park City attorney, live in Park Meadows. Now that her daughters are successful college graduates, she enjoys skiing, golf, hiking, and travel. Although active in all areas of Park City real estate, her focus is on Deer Valley and Park City Resort vacation homes and condos.
