Carolyn Brannan, an Associate Broker for Summit Sotheby's International Realty, bought her first house in Old Town for $28,000 when she was 27. She lived and worked on the ski slopes in Park City. Eventually the lure of the Park City lifestyle proved irresistible and in 1991 she became a full-time resident. She obtained her real estate agent's license in that same year, her GRI in 1992, and her Associate Broker's License in 1996. She has been a full-time agent for ten years.

Carolyn has been active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Park City Arts Council, the Park City Community Church Choir and the Utah Special Olympics. She is a member of the Park City Board of Realtors, the Utah Association of Realtors, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

She lives in Park Meadows with her husband, Eric, an attorney, and her daughter Shannon, who is attending Park City High School.

Over the years Carolyn has purchased many properties for her own portfolio in Park City and Deer Valley and brings to her real estate brokerage a vast store of experiences and knowledge as a landlord and property owner. She combines tenacious energy and integrity to market her listings and finds the best properties for her buyers.
